The whole line configuration covers the whole process equipment from raw material cleaning, peeling, slicing, drying, grinding to automatic packaging, which can realize continuous operation and flexible production capacity (200-1000kg/h customizable).
Konjac raw material selection → cleaning and peeling → slicing → drying → crushing and grinding → screening and impurity removal → packaging
Raw material selection
Select fresh, pest-free, and appropriately sized (0.3–3kg) konjac blocks to ensure subsequent quality and processing efficiency;
Cleaning & Peeling → Automatic brush wheel + high-pressure spray to remove surface soil and cortex, and remove bad parts such as buds;
Slicing → Cut into uniform slices of about 3–5mm thickness, which is conducive to consistent drying time and heat transfer;
Drying → Drying by medium and low temperature mesh belt, the temperature is controlled at 50–60℃, and multiple heat sources are optional (electricity, gas, coal, etc.), retaining nutrition, color and colloid;
Crushing & Grinding → The dried slices enter the mill or grinder for crushing, and produce konjac powder of 80–100 mesh or required specifications;
Sieving & Classification →
The powder with qualified particle size passes through the vibrating screen and airflow classification system to remove dandruff, large particles or other impurities;
Packaging
The qualified powder enters the automatic weighing and packaging machine to complete the measurement and sealing, ready for shipment or sale;
